I know it doesnt look so great. Hopefully part of that is the terrible briefs. My lats are actually pretty wide when I flex so hopefully my december pix will show that better.

was my first stab at this pose and Ive already had feedback about certain flaws. I think I can make bis look slightly bigger from bettter posing/flexing technique alone. Am very eager for any feedback/advice. Arms are my weakest bp and I'm a super hard-gainer, so I work them harder than anything else. weight about 166#.

first attempt at progress shot. Am gonna try to do this once/month. I dont know proper posing and flexing technique but plan to work at it, probably from watching youtube vids. weight about 166 here. Goal is to get up to 180 without losing ab definition.
