As always trying to beef up arms. After 2 yrs of alternating light & heavy days,I tried moderate weight today (=10 reps). Maybe should back off from super heavy wts --= feel a better burn with less wt, more reps.

stu-boy Thanks for the advice - really helpful. I usually start with the bigger compound exercises then move onto the isolated one's like you said, but will be sure to mix things up with the chest/triceps and back/biceps.
