How I Started:
Used to see a few guys in the weight room in college, it wasn't as big a thing then, so there were only a few. But even then I envied them and got motivated to start lifting a few years later.
Why I Love It:
makes me feel good.......more self-confident...I love the rush...the pump

Goal (Long):
Have always been a hard-gainer but I'm determine to add some bulk. I have made progress but it's been slow...every inch on my arms has been years of sweat and hard work. I've been tempted by steroids but ultimately am too concerned about my health to dabble in drugs. I do take creatine, glutamine and arginine....I have the impression the arginine is really helping ....My legs and pecs have always grown well, and are strong, but my arms have lagged....I feel theyre finaly starting to catch up. I'll never be "beefy" but I enjoy having my body admired when I take off my shirt....and luckily that's happening more and more.
Because he started out with arrhythmia, and decided to persevere towards his goals anyway. The best thing is. his working out seems to have completely cured his arrhythmia. Plus he looks great! Very lean and ripped midsection, while keeping his arms muscular and powerfully huge.
