I have achieved my strength goals and even shattered them, now i will go for more! Bench 600, Squat 1000, and dead lift 800. I still wanna gain as much mass as possible!

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?

This marks the second week of the critical bench program, Basically what it is, a powerlifting program which in 10 weeks will increase your bench and other major lifts 50 pounds. It works on a constant drop the reps down and do lots of heavy weight and different lifts and sets to help grow...
Im trying a new workout plan that my friend set up for me....IT goes on the push pull principle....Where you do a muscle group that mainly pushes to complete and have a muscle group that mainly pulls to complete and then do those together that day.
I took a look at those cheer videos you had on your profile and those are nothing compared to the stunters here in Texas. Check out SFA and TVCC at partner stunt nationals. Their video blows that one out of the water.

Hey, if you want to gain some lean mass- cell tech is good. I think protein is a big key to gaining any type of wieght. I would also go with let reps more wieght. You should have big gains.

i would say to start eating as much as possible. not bad foods but things such as chicken breasts, ground sirloin, tuna, filet mignon, egg whites, oat meal, yams, brown rice, and protein shakes. Also drink a casein protein shake right before bed. I garantee if you simply add teh casein and drink it every night for a month, you will gain a soild 5 pounds by just adding that to your diet. Train hard man.
Congrats on the game yesterday. After we beat tu on the road, it depressing to think about the season that could have been. Our three losses are by a combined 6 pts (4-1-1)... grrr...
