damn dude just noticed you struggled with anarexia, as did I...was down to 118 at 6 ft. Learned everything I know from this site and am now going into dietetics and nutrition to help others....good luck with everything man and anything is possible with the right attitude
thanks for the kind words man, means alot....That pic was after my weekly carb up, I follow a somewhat "anabolic diet..high protein, some fats and veggies then one "eat the whatever the phuck I want day"..the veins get pretty unreal that day
Damn man an ince in about 4 months is impressive. how bout the legs make sure those are growing too! Things have picked back up for me i have a workout partner which really has sped up the amount i grow and lift. im doing a 3 day split every 5 days which seems to be working the best for me. Keep on adding those inches up man!
Thanks bro! I kinda think of it as my medication now. Since i have been doing this i have been able to drop a lot of medications and quality of life has gotten a lot better. That would be cool to see you compete in 2010 good luck!
Well in my opinion that would be too high of volume. I do 1 set to failure for each of about 3 exercise per muscle group and thats it. I've experimented with higher volume training and my strength and size dwindle any time I've tried it.
unfortunately I do not, you can usually see him on youtube though like these vids

lol i dont know about that! but thanks alot. I'm also on my fourth year of lifting so yeah :-P That shows you how tough it is for me to gain weight ! lol. If you got any questions give me a holler i'll help out the best i caN! Good luck bro!
No, but gaining actual muscle is ALOT different than gaining weight. The way I would gauge it was from show to show bc when you step on a scale after dieting for 3 months, you find out how much muscle you ACTUALLY put on. Most guys will think they've gained like 20lbs of muscle but when diet all the fat off its more like 8lbs! Much different...
Stay focused on your goal, and don't let anything come in between, including your own mind. If you find the connection between your body, mind, and soul, you will be unstoppable. Good luck, man.
It's a long process but totally worth it! Yes, I was skinny but also pretty soft when I started training....my first show I was 150lbs at 5'10! It took me 4 years to put on 26 pounds of drug free muscle!
