IFBB/NPC Informational Meetings to be held Nov. 28, Dec 5 and Dec 12 from 1-4. We will be going over the new 2010 rules, divisions, etc. We will also update you on other athletes, new techniques, supplements, posing, tanning, trainer awards, Q&A, IFBB guest speakers, and other...
Where are these meetings held at? I am planning on competing in NPC in April 2010 in figure and I am trying to win a national qualifier and then go for my pro card. I think it would be helpful to attend or listen to one of these meetings. Thanks!
It is so intense. I am having to hold myself back from overtraining I think. According to my nutritionist/tainer, that may have been my problem before (remaining catabolic) I was doing a 5K/day cardio circuit along with weight training. He now has me on 2x/week 30 min cardio. I have already posted my diet on my profile. I will post my routine today. Maybe you can let me know what you think? I know I have a long way to go. Maybe I should look into some of your workshops. Thanks for your time!
