How I Started:
I got started mainly due to a self kick in the bum motivation I have changed my eating habits dramticaly and have began running now about to commence using weights.
Why I Love It:
lol I wouldnt use the word love but it is nice wearing clothes that were once tight and are now lose to almost too big
How I Stay Motivated:
keep thinking back to how fat I was and actually seeing a better looking healthier person in the mirror.

Goal (Long):
Well where to start, when I was young I was skinny as a rake however I started having more and more seizures until I was diagnosed with Epilepsy so in order to control it I was placed on numerous medications till the eventually found one which worked which was Eplilum 500 however the main side effect of that was excessive weight gain, this all occured around the time I was 10.
So while my epilepsy was in check I stacked on the wieght, however I eventually went off that medication however I pretty much gained and lost and gained weight over the next 11 years till I got to a point 2 months ago where I went to my 5 year reunion and every there but ME was in great shape so now I have changed my eating habits and have taken up running in addition to the extra walking I do.
So my main goal is to remove as much of this excessive fat as possible and be at a healthy weight of low to mid 80kgs. and also building up some muscle on my arms.
I am trying to set a realistic goal here lol. and if or when I do achieve this I want to be able to maintain my fitness and weight levels.
Well finally after a month of procrastinating I got my brothers weights out of the shed and game them a go.. im only doing 3kg on each dumbbell and after what seemed like forever I gave my arms and body a decent workout and its almost too tireing to type here lol, but ill keep this up with...
