I just got a engineering coop, so i will be moving and taking a semester off of school. This is the best thing for me and bodybuilding. because while in school i get great lifts and have a good diet, but i am always worn out and mentally stressed. while away from school i can get the rest, lifts, and diet perfect. this past summer i put on more size in 3 months because everything was perfect then i did the previous 9 months i was in school. so the 8 months im gonna be away from school should be amazing for my goals. Maybe ill get that extra mass on my legs im working for.
just keeping peeps updated. really been hitting legs hard since they are by far my weakest feature. also been concentrating alot on widening my lower pec's. Really been pushing myself lately and trying to keep gaining lean mass. Ive also seen some good improvements in the width of my back which...

do you get into the gym regularly? well it looks like you do. but i mean being an engineering major and all. with all my classes and labs i have a very erratic lifting schedule. if yu happen to miss a day do you try and make it up in the next days lift or do you just skip it?
