i was always teh skinny kid and i got sick of it so i started lifting and unlike alot of people i stayed with it. when i started working out i weighed around 120 4 years ago. i made it all the way up to 165 but lost 20 pounds from getting extreamly sick i weigh about 165.6 now i want to gain atelast 10-20 pounds of muscle.

Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training just for having 15! Your muscles look huge, defined and solid and at the same time they seem ready to become as huge as you want!
