Went to Iraq with the Marines and was stationed in a small base outside Falluja called Camp Baharia. They had a tiny gym there that was about a 3 mile walk for me and my buddys but it was right next to the Chow hall. We decided that we would workout an hour before eating every single day to see how fit we could get. I soon got addicted started reading everything I could and I helped my buddys get a flat stomach! This motivated me to not only workout and bodybuild but to start Training others. So when I arrived home I went to school then worked for the school and now im a buisness owner with a brand new GYM! SWEET!
Why I Love It:
Im not really sure I just know that there is nothing that gives you more of a since of accomplishment then throwing up some weight you have never lifted before!! I love the gym and cant really explain why It Keeps me Sane I guess.
How I Stay Motivated:
Ive always felt like I had a decent amount of internal motivation. Being a trainer I have to motivate others so If im not there they wont be either so my buisness would fail. I know seeing clients get results pushes me to want to get results in myself. Also being the guy they look up to I have to make sure that I look great 90% of the time I dont want to be that trainer that you think HE LOOKS WORSE THAN ME! I hate that guy
BB Accomplishments:
So far nothing to brag about Im doing my first show in may 09. Its INBF all natural of course Im going to do the Model side of things I think I would do better at it. If we were talking Career accomplishments I would have more to say but for now natta!
Forum Signature:
Look its not about the long term results....Its about enjoying the ride and Loving what you do in the gym!
If you have the love for the gym the results will come without you even realizing it!

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
My Favorite is good old dips! Look gymnists have great triceps and do more dips than they do Skull Crushers. Im a believer that this is the way to great triceps! of course I warm up body weight and add weight till I can only do a few of them.My Favorite is good old dips! What calf workout has worked best for you?
I was born with great Calves and havent ever needes to work for them. This is a tough question for me but as a trainer Im going to recommend both Seated and Standing Calf Raises. Reason being your Gastroc extends past your knee so when you are seated its shortened meaning that your soleus will take over the major part of the work! While standing Gastroc is doing most of it.
