MON-CHEST TRIS FRONT-DELTS
Bench Press BB-3 sets 10
Dips-BW *15
Incline Benchpress DB-3*10
Shoulder Press DB-2*10
Skullcrusher to closegrip BP-3*10
Front Raise-3*10
Decline Benchpress DB-2*10
Rope Pushdowns-3*10
Machine Shoulder Press-2*10
Machine Fly-2*10

TUE BIS BACK LAT-DELTS ABS
Pullups-BW*3*10
21s-3*21
Side Raise-3*10
Lat Pulldown-3*10
Concentration Curls-3*10
Upright Row-3*10
Machine Row-3*10
Supersets of 10 rope crunches followed by 20 leg raises 3 times
also two sets of bicycle kicks and russian twists

WED- Legs
Squats-3*10
Leg Curls-3*10
Leg Exten-3*10

THUR-CHEST TRIS FRONT-DELTS
Same as MON excepti do BB Incline
