How I Started:
I have worked out on and off for years. Last year was the first time I actually strictly followed proper dieting and excercise, which included weight training and cardio. After a year of distraction, I am ready to return!! I look forward to the advice from everyone! I am looking to meet as many people as possible, this site has been my single greatest source of inspiration!
Why I Love It:
I love working out for the phsyical results, confidence, health, and sexual stimulus it provides for me! Its very rewarding and also allows me to work harder in my day job...mind and body!

Hi :) Thanks for your message. My secret is diet, diet, diet. Allow yourself only one small cheat meal and don't go crazy at that meal. You will see great results for all of the cardio and lifting you are doing. Otherwise, progress is almost impossible. Great job so far. Hope this was helpful
