When I Started: Feb, 2009
How I Started: I got back into traning after 2 years of not stepping foot in a gym when my metabolism slowed down and I was no longer able to keep off the body fat and weight!
Why I Love It: I love training because it honestly feels good! Theres nothing like the feeling of working hard and giving it my all!
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated when I see results! its an incredible feeling...
