How I Started:
I went to my friends house I couldnt even curl his 25 dumbell, I was like dam am I that weak, and their is when I started to take charge, then I relized what a huge stress relief it is.
Why I Love It:
Its a huge stress relief. Gets me away from my life and all the stress I have.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its a privlege to work out.. Will never stop.
