Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Popped something in my wrist once upon a time. It has never fully healed since then. What is surprising is how much you actually use your wrist during exercise.

I have never carried very much fat, any weight that I add must be muscle, I normally put on about 6-7kilos (12-15lbs) of muscle per year naturally. My weight normally stays the same for 2-3 months and then suddenly i gain about 4lbs within the space of a week. Many people will gain this...

Hey man how is your training going? I really appreciate all of your support in my journal and other threads as well. You should really start up a journal id like to help you out in way i can. It really does make a difference when you are able to take a step back and see exactly what you have been doing - and also allowing others to do the same thing. You get lots of great feedback.

I always used to train late, but I like getting it done early, before classes or whatever. You doing your final year now in Bio? I'm doing Drama, joint with Film Studies. To be honest, it's a bunch of balls really, but gonna stick out this final year, if only to get my degree

Lol, cool. I tend to train pretty early in the morning, try to get down for about 7.00 or so, maybe earlier- it's the only way I feel like I have enough energy to get a good workout, as I'm active enough over the rest of course of the day; if I left it late I'd be too tired. Sometimes I sleep in though so won't get down until after 10. What you studying?
