Ive had gym memeberships prior, and decided it was time to get back into it. This time, more serious than before.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. I work out in the mornings before work, it just sets the pace for my whole day. If i feel good, my day is good.
How I Stay Motivated:
One day at a time.
BB Accomplishments:
FINALLY getting back into the gym! I broke my hand at the end of August in a motorcycle accident (yes i was wearing my helmet). Was in a cast for 3 weeks, a splint for 4, and out of the gym for what feels like forever! I need all the help i can get to get back down to 150 (currently at 163) with a cut diet i can actually stick to. anybody? beuler?
so last night was my first workout since i broke my hand in august. i only got about halfway through because my hand started to hurt. i guess i should have donw lower body instead of upper. oh well... ill try not to work it so hard next time.
SizeOn is great! I've been taking it for about 4 weeks now (workout days only). I drink it during my workout and it gives me great energy. My muscles look healthy and full. I'd recommend it.
