When i was younger i was a small skinny and weak so at 16yo i bought a set of dumbells which improved me alot. But soon gave it up. now i`m overweight so more incentive to lift weights.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I work nights so i wake up around 3pm have a coffee then drink water .
I Don`t eat anything so im tired frustrated and wound right up .
Theres a lot of bodyfat to get rid of so that helps to motivate myself for the time being. I work nights so i wake up around 3pm have a coffee then drink water .
