When I Started: Apr, 2003
How I Started: After reading my first M&F Hers mag that I borrowed from my sister in law back in 2003. I started lifting... lost 50 lbs. Maintained my weight loss for 3 years. I became a complete gym-addict! Now the iron is contagious!
I started my first Emma-Leigh program in Feb.'07. Looking back to my pics in my photo gallery from last January, I have come a very long way and it has been an amazing journey.
Why I Love It: It is a better Buzz than any drink! I love that this is my lifestyle, not just a hobbie.
How I Stay Motivated: We must continue to evolve. I don't want to just look okay.... I want to be lean and healthy, to push past barriers and exceed my goals.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Grunting is okay, and yes I do it too! But for those that are rediculous need to focus and breath. Elephant noises are silly.

Wide Handle Lat Pulldown 87.5#  Arms were about dead, almost had to back off the weight to finich reps.(depletion)
