How I Started:
I started working out because I loved it and everything else physically exertive. The fact I was small kept me motivated. 2005 is when I started weight training, before that it was more so cardio and not really knowing what I was doing.
Why I Love It:
It is one of those activities that is never complete. There is no par or no line that is declared as the end or a success, once you reach one bar another follows...forever.

I stay motivated from friends on sports teams. The continued results and strength benefits.

So I need some opinions, im trying to switch up my arm training, maybe into higher reps and more body weighted stuff, dips etc... Ive sort of hit a plateau, anyone support this motion or should I stick to a rep range of 8-10, heavy with high volume. Also, is super setting just biceps with...
yea cardio sucks. I played soccer since i was little, you would think i loved to do cardio. but i can't run anymore bc of shinsplints and a bad arch. i do intervals on the elliptical or the spinner bike.
