I GOT STARTED WHEN MY OLD SUPERVISOR INTRODUCED ME TO WEIGHT LIFTING IN 07. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE BUILT SO TO SAY BUT I COULD NEVER PUT ON ANY WEIGHT. I STARTED OUT WEIGHING 174 LBS AND I NOW CURENTLY WEIGH 220 LBS.
Why I Love It:
THE WAY I LOOK NOW WHEN I LOOK INTO THE MIRROR AND I SEE MY SELF WITHOUT A SHIRT ON.
How I Stay Motivated:
JUST TRYING TO STAY IN SHAPE AND AVOIDING HAVING A BEER GUT WHEN I TURN 40, I ALWAYS THINK ABOUT WHAT I WILL LOOK LIKE IF I DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF MYSELF AND THAT MAKES ME WORK HARDER.
BB Accomplishments:
GAINING THE WEIGHT I NEVER THOUGHT WAS POSSIBLE FOR ME.
Well yesterday was chest day and after being stuck in the house all weekend because of this blizzard out here I felt a little weak. I still was able to push out my reps but I just felt weak so I willorking to get my chest stronger. Today is arm day so I'll let everyone know how that goes later on.
