I just checked my bodyfat percentage this morning---it displayed 18.5! Yay! It feels good in a bittersweet kinda way; I know, I know, it's not alot, but this is the lowest I have been at the weight that I am right now, which is 132 lbs. Not to mention the fact that my weight...
Found here under the "SuperSite" tab above the screen, I am currently following the 12 Week Daily Video Trainer by Kris Gethen. So far this is week 9 for me...it pretty much sums up everything I have been doing as far as dieting, supplementation and exercise, to get where I am now.
My peoplez are from the BX....I lived at 207 and Post...off the 1. I will definitely keep you guys all posted...wish me luck I got 5 weeks...and I'm grindin'!!!! You do look familiar too...

Good luck on your goals girl! Im also doing it to keep up with my kids, without having to stop for a breather all the time! Stay focused and motivated! And keep BUSTING A$$!!!
You shared your body pics and bodyweight (mid 130s), so having your height (5'6.5") helps "us" better guesstimate body fat % and can also help with what advice to give (relevant your age). I'd say if you only have a short amount of time to workout, use it to lift. Start light at moderate pace, after couple of weeks boost weight just a bit and start cutting down on rest intervals. Diet, at least moderately, 24/7!
