I just checked my bodyfat percentage this morning---it displayed 18.5! Yay! It feels good in a bittersweet kinda way;  I know, I know, it's not alot, but this is the lowest I have been at the weight that I am right now, which is 132 lbs.  Not to mention the fact that my weight...

You shared your body pics and bodyweight (mid 130s), so having your height (5'6.5") helps "us" better guesstimate body fat % and can also help with what advice to give (relevant your age). I'd say if you only have a short amount of time to workout, use it to lift. Start light at moderate pace, after couple of weeks boost weight just a bit and start cutting down on rest intervals. Diet, at least moderately, 24/7! Best to you! Fazer
