Workout Routine:
Day 1: Shoulders // Delts
Day 2: Chest
Day 3: Back
Day 4: Bis // Tris
Day 5: Legs

Intermittent Fasting
Break the fast Post workout at ~12:30 (sometimes as late as 3 or anywhere in between)
Largest meal = first
Sometimes 1 pre-workout meal (2nd biggest)
PWO ~1200 cals; #2 ~600 cals; #3 ~300 cals; #4 ~450 cals
usually goes 1= sandwhich, lean meats, veggies
2=some kind of thick shake//smoothie
3=veggies, lean meats, fruits
4=dessert
