Hi to all! I must say that I lost 37 pounds before I get started this program, with 90% cardio and only 10% muscle training. I made my own style of spinning, I call it Dance Spinning. It's fun, it burns a lot of fat and work all your muscles at once. It's a bomb and I love it! I am full of energy at the end.

For me it was never hard to train hard, I've always enjoyed the physical training, the challenges and the adrenaline of hard work!
For me it was never hard to train hard, I've always enjoyed the physical training, the challenges and the adrenaline of hard work! The hardest in my life has been giving me the time to do so. After having my two children (two C-sections) I reached the peak of negligence towards myself, the most that I could handle ... So in my busy life as mother, wife and employee... I had to find a way to give me some time to myself. Today I think I've managed to change my reality and that of my family. My husband joined me in this discipline of health and we all enjoy it and have a life much more healthy and harmonious. I feel full of positivism and definitely wants to share with everyone who needs it :)
