How I Started:
I began playing football and ended up getting more into lifting/conditioning.
I love the results and personal benefit I get from bodybuilding. There's no other feeling like it.
Why I Love It:
I love to see results and feel the change!!!
I love the challenge of pushing my self to my limits. Continuous improvements are key.
How I Stay Motivated:
Results and the feeling I get post-workout.
I used to be really fat and that image and the way I felt feels me fueled to be the best I can.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 115 pounds of fat and went from over 30% body fat down to around 9% at 230 lbs.

Goal (Long):
After dropping 115 pounds and getting a tummy tuck procedure I am currently under going the process of becoming one of the first to have competed in a body building competition that I know of.
I have one year before my first one.
Current Goals:
1.) Start bulking (Surgery swelling will be hangin for another 6 months :-\)
2.) Become more consistent with updated my progress
3.) Read more articles
4.) Create recipies to keep my hungry side happy :-)

I haven't had it done since wrestling season. I had it done 3 times and it was 7.7, 7.8, and 8.2... I'm up a few %. I'd guess around 11% or so right now. I'm not too worried about it though, since I'm not doing a bodybuilding show for a WHILE... haha
