I always played sports growing up. As alot of guys did I started lifting weights during high school football. This allowed me to gain a basic knowlege of some lifts. I played baseball in college and got really into fitness from there.
Why I Love It:
Just the feeling of a sense of accomplishment after you have finished a workout and seeing the changes in your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror and seeing that there is work to be done. Also looking at the members of this bodyspace.

NCindian25updated Motivation Level from 9/10 to 4/10 and said: "just feeling sluggish lately and having a hard time sticking to the diet i followed to a T this time last year."
I have been lifting for awhile to try and maintain a lean body. I would like to go more into a bulking stage for atleast the next 12 weeks. I am around 210lbs right now and would like to be in the 225-230 range before I begin to cut down again.

I want to GAIN 10 lb
