What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think its a waste of energy and unnecessary.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Just some gym shorts and a sleevless t-shirt to allow for more movement and comfort.
