I can not believe that basketball season is almost here. I went to our meeting for various Division I conferences. I must say that being here at Bodybuilding.com has made my life better during the off season. Most of the Division I referees has not seen me. Only those that attended...
Thanks for your very kind words and encouragement! Last week was not the best for me, so I def needed it! I like your goal.. you are so right! Focus is just as much on the official as the players at times.. so of course one gotta look good! :) Stay in touch! Anja
Basically, what it took was:
i) A high protein, low carb diet
ii) A big calorie deficit
iii) And an enormous ammount of super high intensity cardio for 12 weeks, twice daily
Plus, it helps to have a kamikaze approach to half killing yourself during training!
Thanks for the compliments. My diet varies depending on whether or not I am preparing for competition, off season enjoying, or trying to build muscle. To keep it simple, I eat 6 meals a day minimum. My protein/fat/carb ratio varies based on the "time frame."
So you need a trainer? I'm your girl! I can't believe you work at 68's! Email me and we'll work something out. I don't check this site that often anymore, but I will for you. Let me know! Julie
