Always wanted to workout but got a copy of a magazine..... it worked!
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding makes me believe in me. This is something that I have to do to make a change for me. The appreciation in my career that no one can take away.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at other NCAA D1 Basketball and Professional NBA Referees out of shape. This drive me to be the best referee out there

I can not believe that basketball season is almost here.  I went to our meeting for  various Division I conferences.  I must say that being here at Bodybuilding.com has made my life better during the off season.  Most of the Division I referees has not seen me.  Only those that attended...

Basically, what it took was: i) A high protein, low carb diet ii) A big calorie deficit iii) And an enormous ammount of super high intensity cardio for 12 weeks, twice daily Plus, it helps to have a kamikaze approach to half killing yourself during training!

I am still playig with my diet, but just watch what you eat! I started by simply cutting back slowly-and NO eating out!

Thanks for the compliments. My diet varies depending on whether or not I am preparing for competition, off season enjoying, or trying to build muscle. To keep it simple, I eat 6 meals a day minimum. My protein/fat/carb ratio varies based on the "time frame."
