How I Started:
Realizing i needed to change myself so i could look in the mirrir again. I accredit being able to do this to my father who was a body builder as i was growing up and provided me with the initial training and knowledge to get me going.
Why I Love It:
I love changing myself, and the atmosphere and people you meet, being able to push your self physically and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
keep looking in that mirror and seeing what ive done and what else can be done. I also pull motivation from anything.
BB Accomplishments:
220lbs 36in waist with no chest or shoulders and speghetti arms, to 180lbs 34in waist then up to 185lbs with a developed chest shoulders and arms and a 32in waist. Benching My own weight.
