I like to think of myself as a grinder while im hitting the weights, i always like to pump out that last rep even though every fiber is burning and telling me to quit. But even after i pump that last one out and have hit failure i still don't feel like ive done enough so i try to hit...
I'll tell you what did you know if you went down about 60-80 pounds and practiced perfect form for about a month or 2 you max will skyrocket i did the same with my college weight coach i hired now im pretty dam happy with my powerclean snatch, and hand clean.
keep up the trianing bro. it all comes with time. im 17 to we got lots of time to beat the old timers lol never give up never back down "being defeated is only a temporary condition; giving up is what makes it permanent!"
If your having trouble geting sore. try to tripump(dont take a break at all between three exersises. if you can up the weight at all even if its 2 1/2 pounds do it
You're talking the 300 rep workout from the movie right? Haven't tried it yet, but I'm hoping to work up to it this summer and rock it out later this summer
