hey bro, i dont do anything fancy. i actually train with higher reps, lighter weight, and less rest between sets. i rest like 45-60 sec between sets and do 12-15 reps usually. just do the basics for arms, straight bar curls, db curls, hammers, close grip bench, skullcrushers, and pushdowns. good luck!
