Reason: Most of the people take age as an obstacle for success, and is the way society make us think, if your old your done, which should be the opposite, cause you have more experience, knowledge and wisdom. Ricky inspires me, cause he started bodybuilding at his thirts, been skinny, and probably not knowing even how to curl write and with very strong emotional problems, his marriage was ending and is not a easy task. He trust in God and in his inner strenght to accomplish his dream, congratulations!!

Hey brotha sorry i didn't get back to you sooner. I work and go to school full time, so im a busy guy. I peak the sam way. I do the sodium loading and depleting along with carb loading and depleting. It seems to work good but to be honest i always still tend to have a little lose skin in the mid section.
