Motivation is easy to find. A lot of people are nay-sayers, bring me down and tell me what I can't achieve or reach. It motivates me to prove them all wrong.

Goal (Long):
Since I made a move in 5th grade, i have consistently over time gained some weight. Last year around this time I had enough with it, and lost about 30 lbs. Though unfortunately, after a few trips in the summer and a close family wedding (which I pounded a 12 pack of beer per day for 4 days after), i truly fell off the horse. And it wasn't until i got back to my original high weight that I have to do something again. Slowly I was working myself into correct eating habits, working out slowly. Until i watched the U of M vs Ohio State game this year. My dad jested with me saying I should try out for the team. Anyone could make it at this rate. Well, being a student at the school, I have a shot. And I want to do it. I dont want to be in the 90% that puke within the first hour of try-outs. I want to rise above it. I have a desire to shoot above all expectations of me. I want to prove my friends wrong. I want to make the team, even if it is just the scout team. I have the determination, motivation to shock the world. And it flows freely through my veins.

Now that i'm back in the full swing of things at school and work now, I can finally figure out how I am going to budget my time so I can get my sleep, workouts, homework, and other stuff into my schedule. I worked out at the University gym today for the second time ever, and really enjoyed...
