How I Started:
I've always tried to maintain my fitness however due to a bad diet i've been failing, now that i have learned so much more about Nutrition i'm able to get fitter and stronger and feel great everyday.
Why I Love It:
i love bodybuilding as it has given my a new lease on life, feeling and knowing that everytime i workout that i am becoming stronger and healthier.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Usually between 8-12, with heavy wights and long sets usually all i can do.

About 30seconds to 1 minute, i like to keep the blood pumping and not let my muscles rest.

Quiet an exciting weekend (chosen to do wieghts on weekends and swimming/cardio on weekdays). Added another .1 inch to my arm in just 2 days and bumped up leg presses to 60 pounds on sunday. Definitly stating lifting on weekdays.
