How I Started:
I got started when my dad who works for the government got passes to go to the gym for free. I decided to give it a try and after my first workout I felt great and so pumped therefore I went along with it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because #1 I love to stay fit, and #2 I love the way you feel after an intense workout. Working out requires a lot of discipline and I hope to achieve that.
How I Stay Motivated:
Pretty much by watching the people in the gym bench heavy weight makes me want to also be able to do that. I also love to stay in shape so thats another motivation. Props to Aaron aka Hockeyflex for making me believe the unbelievable!
