170 lbs... was actually feeling good at this time...prior to this i had been about 155 lbs in h.s. and about 165 lbs throughout college...
one week into new diet and w/o routine...already down to 189 or so...must have been carrying a lot of water weight...

yr later...after having knee surgery and dropping back down to 170 lbs...i managed to get back up to about 190 lbs here...

Not the greatest pic...but this is where i'm at currently...hovering right below 200 lbs... the pic b4 this was taken 9 months ago...u'd think i'd be able to put on more weight btwn now and then...but i actually dropped back down to 170 lbs again after re-injuring my knee...

jus got done with dindin...abs are all but gone...haha...but hopefully this will make for a good progress pic down the road...gonna start cutting soon...still right around 200 lbs...
