As soon as I started I was hooked, The fitness and figure girls in Oxygen and other mags inspired me!
Why I Love It:
LOVE LOVE LOVE the endorphins! It makes me feel great! I love how my daughter sees me having physical activity as a priority in my life...
How I Stay Motivated:
#1 My daughter.... I need to be here for her and her to grow up knowing that nutrition / exercise is VERY important!
BB Accomplishments:
I have already lost 75lbs OH YEAH!!! The rest are coming ...believe me!

Soo they have changed the date of the competition to November 1st which is GREAT for me as it gives me a few extra weeks which I so desperately need!

I went and watched a regional BB competition this weekend and well MOTIVATIONAL!
