Hi Gorgeous :) Thanks for checking in. Well I'm happy with my abs progress so thanks for noticing! I have been doing the legs 2x a week. One day heavy and one day light with high reps. I feel the difference but not sure I can see it in the mirror. But I can feel that muscle tight and even cuts under my fat layer. So I need to get rid of it!!
I think the only answer is cardio at this point so I am adding it back in and if I start to drop too much weight again I'll add another protein meal. I hope this works! Does this sound like a sound plan to you? I'm starting with 20 mins a day half of that being HIIT on my stepper. I'm still at it!!! How about you? Any great plans for the summer?
