Today was the first steps of many that I intend to take to get back to healthy.. It was short.. ok..it was very short. I was in awe of all the commotion going on. There were sooo many people there and there was sooo much stuff going on..I just stood there for a millisecond before I actually did something. As I said it was short, 10 minutes on the elliptical trainer and my thighs started to burn after just 3 minutes.really LOL.. but it felt good to get started again.... Go to BodyBlog

I keep saying the same thing, but never get any further than saying it. I just want to start something and finish it. No.... I want to start a program and finish it..but not really a program, I think it should be a lifestyle change. I know it should be. I know it should be..but I am reluctant. Why am I reluctant? Why?
