When my mom died in 2002...I ate myself into depression and weighed in at approx 200 lbs... I started working out slowly and started noticing improvement in my appearance...
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. I am a beast at the gym. lol
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body start to tone up and getting compliments from others that notice my weight loss...
BB Accomplishments:
I was 198lbs in August '08... In March of '09 I was 178lbs... Now I'm back up to 190lbs (November '09)... Damn, I gotta get my swagga back!!! My goal is to LOSE & MAINTAIN my goal weight of be 160lbs by January 2010... I know I can do it... Just need to stop cheating so much... I have a weakness for SUGAR... lol. Get a lil and I can't stop... But I'm back on track (November 10th 2009)... PROMISE... You will see my progress

Being honest I don't miss the 5 am workout, we had to do those when i was wrestling in college. I may have to do them again if I'm gonna take this boxing serious. lol
Swolle! I wouldn't get as wrapped up around the type of carbs (so long as their complex) but the *TIMING* of your consumption to ignite maximum metabolic efficiency: Carb load *IMMEDIATELY* after fasting (sleeping 6-8 hours) and taper that off within 6 hours to ZERO carb consumption but ramp up Protien intake ... train your GI tract to burn, burn, burn!
