Hey, sorry it took me forever to reply.. This summer has def been a crazy one!! I just moved back to Seattle. Achieved my weight lode goals though, and I feel great!! How about you??

Yes, I have to agree.. I am now with family for the holidays and in New England. It is quite different here than the warm California christmas!! Have a good holiday season!!

So your the fact of the day guy... I saw some of them a couple a days ago on the main bodyspace page. They are really interesting. I know this pales in comparison, but I do the snapple fact of the day on my myspace. But I think yours are more intriguing.

Yeah, I know it's been a minute since you asked me about the music, sorry. I just went through a HUGE move, so that's my excuse :)
Anyways, you should check out Mindless Self Indulgence, you might like them. They have a myspace page with a couple of songs there. My first and most obvious pick though is Static-X. Always will be #1 motivator in my book. Hope you enjoy my selections...
