dajerm119 Thanks man, I just eat clean most of the time and do my thing. I'm actually doing the convict conditioning right now. I guess I will be from now on. If you haven't checked in to that you should. Body weight calisthenics is in my opinion the way to go. Way harder than you would think. Anyway good luck on your program I hope all goes well.
