Overall Goal: I want to improve in overall for sports but I really just want to improve my fighting skills, particularly striking, Im a tank on the mat. Also want to do full planche pushups and a perfect front lever (I'll add the pullup after).

How I Started:
I grew up watching stallone, lou ferigno (spelling???), arnold, jean claude van dam, bruce lee and chuck norris movies so I almost had to lol. They were basically my only father figures/masculine role models gowing up so in a way I modeled myself after them (subconsciously I guess).
I got very serious about working out when I was 14. I got sick of being called skinny and I figured it'd help with the chicks. Cmon, I was 14!
I'm still kind of skinny but its all muscle and the heaviest I want to be is 165lbs (middleweight) anyways.
Why I Love It:
Its like my little retreat from the "civilized" world. A form of relaxation and meditation through sheer asskickery.
How I Stay Motivated:
Easily, I set goals people think are impossible and achieve them. Achievement is my motivation.
