Overall Goal: Working with Steve Poynter to get my weight down and become a lean mean fighting machine!!!!
Fit Status:
Super excited to start seeing new changes. I've totally revamped the way I work out. Paying more attention to the mind-muscle connection!

When I Started:
How I Started:
I have always been an active person, but it wasn't until one day I got talking to one of my friends who was a bodybuilder who competed in shows. I did more and more reading on fitness and weight lifting and began to take it more seriously and consistently and now it's part of my daily routine. I'm not here to become a bodybuilder and don't desire to be in a competition. I just want to really lean out and get some definition in all of my muscles.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel strong, fit and as though I can take on the whole world. I just feel so good...it's almost addictive, but in a good way!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I subscribe to Oxygen magazine, but most of my motivation comes internally. I'm naturally motivated. I just love trying to be the best that I can be.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but maybe a potential figure show sometime in the future.

I'm NOT single
She is real and doesn't pretend that working out and eating healthy are so much fun. She knows its hard work and she puts 100% effort into it and that is more motivating and inspirational than "perfect girls who don't sweat a moment during their workout and diet."
Catherine inspires me so much because she is an incredibly hard worker and very determined to take everything to the next level and she does everything with a spot on positive attitude!
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
PRO:I get full use of a large range of machines. CON: I have to work around people and some people can be inappropriate.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I've lowered my carb intake and increased my fats and proteins. It's working for me. Cutting out all sugar (even natural sources like fruit) has done amazing things for my waistline.
I am keeping up really well with my workouts....haven't missed a single one since October and I am really happy about that, but my diet seems to not be as tight as it could. I constantly feel myself buying Ben and Jerrys ice cream when something stressful happens at home. How do people manage...
well you know we ride horses, hurtle cows, chew tabacoo. J/k are culture is nothing like those old movie flicks. Are culture is very mainstream, hip hop is big down here, clubs are a hit down here, of course they have different clubs like country, hip hop and some jazz. the way are youth dress is very hip hop-ish, but being that I am older and work a professional job, dockers and dress shirts mon-fri. for me.

Hey Sarah I always look forward to hear from you. I use to drink but since I been serious about bodybuilding I quit, but I also like hanging out too maybe a sushi bar and local lounges we have hear. to bad you didn't live near by you seem like such a cool and relaxed person. I was going to ask you what's the culture like over there. like what kind of music do you like?
Yeah I had a good weekend, got to catch up on some sleep. I didn't make it to the gym yesterday now I feel so guilty, I'm gonna pay for it today. So what do you do for fun in Canada?

Haha, thanks Sarah! Actually, since my stomach is used to eating cheat food so much, 3 slices is about perfect for me...I think if I ate any more than that I would have some problems lol..if you know what I mean..I'm about due for another 3 slices though lol, just talkin about it makes my mouth water...but it's all self control right?..
