I began working out when I was in middle school, and as I went to high school, I played varsity football as a freshman. Playing football with the seniors was a good challenge for me not only on the field, but also keeping up in the weightroom. I trained hard and was benching 405 by my senior year.
Why I Love It:
I got interested in bodybuilding when my Dad competed in some NPC shows in Pennsylvania back in 2000,2001, and 2002. I was amazed to see how he was able to build mass while keeping fat off and staying very lean. I was hooked!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading FLEX & Muscle and Fitness every month and seeing how the top pros look, is enough to keep my motivated!

What Mylexon20s Is Up To:
Jul 8, 2009
Mylexon20schanged Weight from 348 lbs. to 339 lbs., a 9 lb. loss in 28 days
Fire Academy starts in October! Time to get myself prepared!!
Goal (Long):
My #1 goal, is to transform my body from a fat 352 pounds, to a lean and shredded 210. I have a large frame and believe that even with my goal weight being 210, it might actually be closer to 215.
Being 352 pounds is not easy. Its hard to walk into the mall and buy a pair of pants, I mean honestly, not many stores carry 48" pants. I shop at American Eagle alot and always find myself ordering from the website, b/c they have larger sizes on-line. I am putting absolutely EVERYTHING I have into this!
I also appreciate any support or kind words that any of you reading this might have! It will help motivate me so much!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 135 lb

Hey bro, I was wearing size 56 pants and 2XL-3XL shirts. Currenttly down to 44-46 I think and I wear XL shirts. But still got a long way to go. Good job going at it still bro, keep kicking ass.
Hey bro, I tottaly understand pro and it is not an issue! As long as you are still kicking ass in the gym and on top of your diet, we are cool! As for me, I have yet to reach my goals but not given up! Still going strong!
Hy bro, how are you? How is everything coming along so far? How is the weight loss? the diet? the weight lifting? LOL...I just want to know, keep me posted!
You'll be right mate, just work hard at it and you can achieve anything. Ive found personally id rather be leaner than bigger cause it just slows one down to the point were joints start to hurt, i was 147 kilos and a bit over weight but i managed to get to 135 kilos by doing heaps of cardio and portion control while cycling my carbs, my goal is 125-120 kilos.
Hey bro, you're "how I got started" is basically the story of my high school football career. I played Varsity ball in the 9th grade and Hit 405 my senior year... crazy!
