hey man can you tell me to make my biceps to make it 15. Right now its 13. I do Curling Rods, Dumbels and hammer for biceps

yea i do alot of sprints and jumps for my lower body for weights i do mostly deadlifts and squats
alot of upper body bench press, 10 different pushups,triceps, 24's on the curl bar
i also box and do tae kwon do so I train for that too
