I work at a gym and my boss got me in to fitness. Also, my brothers are in to lifting so I followed their footsteps. Then I decided to go beyond fitness, and more towards putting on muscle mass.
Why I Love It:
Relieves all my stress from school work and people, and I like the compliments.
How I Stay Motivated:
anyone with a nice build pretty much inspires me to lift. also, lifting is one of my few hobbies that enjoy. the mirror also motivates me.
BB Accomplishments:
sticking to a workout routine along with good dieting

Goal (Long):
I would like to bring my weight up to about 175lbs so i can be up there with my lifting buddies. right now i am the smallest one but can lift as much as them, but not much size increase.
eventually, if i ever get there or have the desire i would like to compete. but that'll be awhile from now.
i am curious to know if tattoos play a factor when you compete. obviously tattoos can cover some muscle definition. i would like to hear some of your takes on this matter. i am contemplating on getting a tattoo but at the same time i would like to compete.
That is awesome man. I do like MMA but I think those guys are crazy, lol. Although I would like to train for it. I wrestled in high school too, 145 lbs. You should get back into boxing, why did you stop?
Yo Mike, how's training coming along? Are you cutting for summer? You gained some weight, not necessarily just all fat from the looks of the pics. Just keep on pumping the iron! lol

Hey Mike, I am still in the midst of my PhD actually. Yes, in school still. Preparing for a show this fall around November, and using this time to train hard and keep at the diet and so on. It's tough having to handle school and work along all these, but that is pretty much life. I am looking into gaining some good weight before the competition during the offseason right now.
Hey Mike, lifting has been going well alongside many other stuff like school and work(welcome to the gang of students in bodybulding as well). My weight hovers around 170-ish or so, and I am getting it up into the range of 180lbs. Aiming to compete in early fall in Toronto this year in a natural show. Keep up the good work again!
