How I Started:
I worked at a gym and my boss got me in to fitness. Also, my brothers are in to lifting so I followed their footsteps. Then I decided to go beyond fitness, and more towards putting on muscle mass. Here I am today a bit heavier.
Why I Love It:
Relieves all my stress from school work and people, and I like the compliments. It's a true test of one's capability and limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
anyone with a nice build pretty much inspires me to lift. the mirror also motivates me. i have a bad habit of staring at myself when i walk pass mirros.

sticking to a workout routine along with good dieting

I would like to bring my weight up to about 175lbs so i can be up there with my lifting buddies. right now i am the smallest one but can lift as much as them, but not much size increase. eventually, if i ever get there or have the desire i would like to compete. but that'll be awhile from now.

i think nothing. if the grunting and yelling helps you force the extra rep then do it. no one matter but you.

Cutting up is always fun. I injured it mostly from just overworking my body. Not giving myself a break. I worked out for 11 months straight without a break. I usually take 2-3 weeks off every 3-4 months.
