It's been two and a half weeks since I delivered my baby. And patiently waiting for the okay to start training with weights again. While some moms are banging away on heavy steel, I'm pulling resistance at a moderate level- teasing my muscles. I want to work out hard but since I had a c-section...
Mainly my secret is just researching and knowing good from bad in terms of goof and bad fats and carbs and taking vitamins, yes we adults need our vitamins too. I'm cutting right now and doing a lot of HIIT training until January and then I will start bulking. Looking to shred fat and then add the muscle.
so it got worse. my right boob is so swollen and hard that i am sick to my stomach if brayden bumps it wrong. it's AWFUL and it's been six days now. i heard after four it gets better... i'm thinking i am going to call the doc if the cabbage i'm ganna try tonight doesn't work by saturday. :( ah that sounds cute! i want to put brady's pic on here asap.
ah what did he go as!?! brayden was a skeleton on friday and we went to our parents houses, my sister's and to see my husband at work, and then on saturday we dressed him up like a lion and went to my bf from highschool's party. we didn't stay late though because brayden is teething and sick. i feel so helpless with him being sick. i don't know what to do.. he's a big snot bucket and he just sleeps. he only wants me and i'm weaning from boobie and IT HURTS. how are you all!
