Thanks!! It's been the hardest thing I've ever done and the weight lifting part was easy, it's the diet which makes up 80% of your outcome, I'm not going to lie, I love hot wings, cheese dip, and beer so eating cleaner was a hard obstacle but now I don't even think about it, I just do it :)
my photographer is a family friend who's doing it as a wedding gift so that should get me some great pics (for free top that!!!) but i am hoping to get a cd out of him so i can share them on here! we have throw away cameras on the tables but you can't put them on the computer so i'll have to have some friends with digital cameras just in case! i can't wait and the weather is rain today and sunday but nice tomorrow with "lower humidity!!"
hey even yoga and the treadmill can do a lot with a good diet! :) i've been super focused because of the wedding. TOMORROW!! hopefully i can keep it together after!

but i think her doc was misunderstood and thought she was trying to cut carbs and do a high protein diet, because there is nothing wrong with whey... hell, it's an ingredient in a lot of foods!
i am using l-glutamine. i have a digestive problem called gluten intolerance... there are a lot of foods i can't eat and sometimes i accidentally get it and it makes me sick... i think that it helps me get over it more quickly. (they say it doesn't but i feel it does.) my doc said that it and whey were fine since they are just proteins, it's not like taking creatine ya know. but i know another girl on here told me her doc said not even whey!
yeah i am breast feeding... it's WAY harder than i would have thought but i've hung in there good. i actually think i'm going to start him on rice cereal in the next week or two. i think he's ready for it. :)
