I've played sports most of my life, skateboarding,snowboarding,baseball,wrestling,swimming,waterpolo.Now I work have two sons and not much time I needed something.

This is a superset program for somebody with a year or more experience. This program seems to bring out definition and muscle group "flow", chest into shoulders into back ect. Day one is very tough! I superset chest with back then shoulders which I superset the different parts, front,middle,rear....

Hey there! UK is pretty crappy at the mo, we only have 3 seasons, summer gets completely missed out- this yr it hasn't stopped raining, quite depressing rly! Other than that things r good, how abt yourself??
To increase strength you will have to work low reps between 5 and 1. For bench press the thing that has helped me most is close grip bench, lockouts, and light speed work on 2 or 3 days after my normal heavy bench day.
