Mine is going pretty good. I'm trying to stay on track as I travel a lot on business. I'm now going to visit my daughter in Florida tomorrow through the weekend. Another challenge...LOL I would suggest one thing about pictures. I would encourage you to take pictures all the way through your journey. Now you don't have to post them, but I know pictures have helped me better understand my progress. Just a thought. Have a great week Candi!

I'm doing good. I am waiting on word to find out what is wrong with my knee and what I am looking forward to. Other than that, my training is going great. Keep at it and u'll make that goal by Mar. 1.
