My goal is to transform my body, With me getting older I see the affects the weight has and felt for a long time there was nothing I could do due to injuries I felt I was limited on what I can do. I don't want to have that way of thinking, I want to renew my mind and look towards a goal. I am starting today in fact. I have been out of the gym for awhile and am looking for various workouts for knee and back injuries. I tried working out how I use to only to reinjure myself over and over and now I am a whopping 170lbs and the weight is harder on my knees especially on my injured knee. If anyone has any good advice get at me. Thank you in advance.
